Cape Cod Collaborative Arts Network (CapeCodCAN), an organization providing inclusive programs in the performing and visual arts for teens and adults of all abilities, unveiled an original public art installation at the Barnstable Municipal Airport on Tuesday, September 18th. “The Victura” is a 6 foot by 4 foot, multi-media bas relief of John F Kennedy’s beloved sailboat, recently restored and on exhibit at the Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. The Victura is an homage to the past with a nod to Kennedy outreach programs that continue to thrive and grow. The exhibit is expected to be on display at the Barnstable Airport indefinitely.
