The Shark Center’s new exhibit will help to expand on the conversation “What YOU can do to support shark and ocean conservation”. The exhibit will be an interactive display that asks visitors to reflect on their lifestyle and consider what changes they can make to have a positive effect on our environment. Visitors will be encouraged to take what they have learned at the center in Chatham back with them to become environmental stewards in their own daily lives. If just one of the over 17,500 visitors we expect to have in our Shark Center this summer replaced their plastic water bottles for a reusable one, our earth would be a healthier place, and if every single one of those visitors makes that change, the impact would be even greater. Together we can help people to make small changes and choices that have big impacts on the environment.
