She is the CEO of MarchandCFO, a professional service firm that specializes in outsourced and interim Chief Financial Officer services, advisory, monthly bookkeeping, business coaching and launch support for small businesses, start-ups and nonprofits.
As a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur and coach, Kim has a history of success working at all stages of business including turnarounds and organizations in transition. A trusted advisor to business owners and CEOs, she has a track record of helping to build dynamic, profitable organizations. As a small business owner on Cape Cod, Kim owned and operated the Sesuit Harbor House for 11 years, one of the Cape’s top-rated inns, and knows first-hand the tactics and trade-offs needed to survive in a seasonal, tourist-based economy.
